The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB) reports 636 MLS® sales were recorded for the month of March, up nearly 24% from March 2015. While sales continue to increase new listings are not keeping up, these are down by 6%, bringing the current active listings down 17% over this time last year.A few notable single family residential stats for the Central Okanagan from March 2016: 
  •  486 new listings
  •  303 sold listings
  •  57 average days to sell  (down again from last month)
  •  $566,762 average single family residential price (up again!)
