Kelowna Real Estate Market Stats - May 2016

The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB) reports the continuation of record breaking trends in residential sales, with sales of more than 1200 units posted to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) in May, up 35.5% from the same month last year.A few notable single family residential stats for the Central Okanagan from May 2016: 
  •  521 new listings
  •  426 sold listings
  •  46 average days to sell  (down again from last month)
  •  $601,288 average single family residential price (up again!)
